ACC First appointment $75.00 i Select Your FIRST ACC initial consultation and treatment for a New Patient This consult includes: - Medical history review - Detailed osteopathic assessment - Diagnosis - Hands-On Treatment e.g. manipulation, soft tissue, mobilisation - Ongoing Management plan - Self-management and home care advice - Exercise prescription & rehabilitation, Lifestyle advice, recommendations - Onward Referrals for Imaging, if appropriate - Referral to Specialists, if required. - Any additional programmes, plans or resources by email NOTES: - Arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment. - Bring any x-rays/scan reports, referrals or letters from your GP/ Specialist. - No referral is necessary to see an Osteopath. - Osteopathy is claimable on some private health insurance polices. - We can lodge your ACC paperwork. You do not need to go to your GP for this. ***If you have an existing ACC claim, please bring your ACC45 number and date of Injury.*** --Note-- ACC subsidised treatments are subject to ACC approval. If for any reason your claim is not approved by ACC you will be responsible to pay the difference.
