• provide booking appointments online and collect information for providing osteopathic health services
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter health history information, we will be unable to provide osteopathic consultations and treatment services.
We keep your information safe by password protected encrypted files and only allowing registered health practitioner involved in your care.
We keep your health information for seven (7) years as required by law at which point we securely destroy it by securely digital erasing it.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
